What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address, city, the service you selected, any capacity or budget you mention and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser's user agent, which help us detect automated spam.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey and prepare a proposal. We contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email, which is what you agree to when you tick the consent box on the form.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is emailed to info@sunengy.co.in and stored in our own database. Software and AI enquiries also reach software@sunengy.co.in. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not share them with third parties except where a supplier or installer needs them to deliver the project you asked us about.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and for as long as tax and contractual records require. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies
This site sets one essential cookie, a PHP session cookie, which keeps your form entries and security token valid while you are filling in the enquiry form. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Third-party embeds
Our contact page embeds a Google Map, and our fonts load from Google Fonts. These services may record your IP address under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@sunengy.co.in or call +91 91237 74273 and we will act within 30 days.
